House rules

A few simple rules so everyone enjoys their time at Studio 27.

  1. 18+ only

    All guests must be 18 or older. Photo ID may be requested.

  2. Respect, always

    Treat our staff with courtesy and respect. Boundaries set by staff are final.

  3. Hygiene

    Please shower on arrival. Towels and amenities are provided.

  4. Safe practices

    Safe sex practices are mandatory, without exception.

  5. No intoxication

    Guests affected by alcohol or drugs will be refused entry.

  6. No photos or recording

    Phones and cameras must not be used to photograph or record anyone on the premises.

  7. Payment upfront

    All sessions are paid for at reception before they begin.

  8. Right of refusal

    Management may refuse service or ask any guest to leave at its discretion.
